The starting point for this exciting safari to the Danish Wadden Sea National Park is the “Viking town” Ribe. On a cycling tour through the marshland to the mudflats the pupils discover the coastal landscape and find our interesting facts about the region’s nature and culture. Under the expert guidance of employees of the Wadden Sea Center Vester Vedsted the group embarks on a mudflat excursion and dives into the diversity of the mud’s hidden life. Those who want to enrich this journey with insights into the history of the Vikings will find numerous offers in Ribe. The excellent sports facilities of the Ribe Youth Hostel complete the program with great outdoor and indoor activities.
